Our Rooms & Suites

Every room is designed for comfort and connection to the mountain landscape. Full Bavarian-style breakfast is included with each stay.

Icicle Creek Suite

Suite

Our most romantic suite overlooks the rushing waters of Icicle Creek. Unwind in the two-person jetted tub while listening to the water below, then wake to creek-side mountain views. King bed, plush robes, and private balcony included.

Bavarian Loft

Loft

Inspired by the half-timbered architecture of Leavenworth's downtown village, this upper-level loft room features exposed pine beams and sweeping Cascade mountain views. Queen bed, cozy sitting area, and hand-painted Bavarian accent tiles in the bath.

Alpine Double

Family

Perfect for families or friends traveling together, the Alpine Double features two queen beds framed by warm pine-paneled walls. The room sleeps four comfortably and opens to shared garden views — ideal after a day on the Icicle Gorge Trail.

Cascade King

King

Floor-to-ceiling windows frame a breathtaking panorama of the North Cascades from this bright, elevated king room. Watch alpenglow paint the peaks at dusk from your armchair, and fall asleep to the sound of pines. Luxury linens, fireplace, and in-room espresso bar.

Garden Cottage

Cottage

Our most private accommodation: a freestanding cottage nestled among mature pines with its own entrance, full kitchenette, and sunny stone patio. King bed, soaker tub, and a mini-fridge stocked with local Cascade Crest provisions for extended stays.

Cozy Pine Room

Most Popular

Our most-booked room for good reason: queen bed, hand-hewn pine accents, forest views from a bay window, and all the warmth of a classic mountain B&B at an accessible price. This is Misty Pine at its most essential — peaceful, welcoming, and perfectly Leavenworth.

Greta & Anders Holt

In 2011, Greta and Anders Holt traded their Seattle careers for a century-old farmhouse on the edge of Leavenworth's Bavarian village. What began as a weekend retreat became the inn you're reading about now — a labor of love shaped by deep respect for the Cascades and a genuine passion for hosting.

Greta grew up in rural Bavaria and brings that tradition of warm, generous hospitality to every morning's breakfast spread — think homemade pretzels, local Okanagan fruit preserves, and eggs from the inn's own small flock. She also leads sunrise hikes along the Icicle Creek Trail several mornings a week, sharing her encyclopedic knowledge of the local watershed and alpine flora.

Anders, a former landscape architect, designed the inn's gardens, stone paths, and the handcrafted furniture in every room. Together they've hosted guests through Leavenworth's legendary Christmas Lighting Festival, Maifest, and Oktoberfest — and they wouldn't have it any other way.

What Guests Are Saying

Don't just take our word for it — here's what recent guests shared after their stay.

★★★★★

"Waking up to Greta's homemade pretzels and fresh Cascade honey was worth the drive from Seattle alone. The Icicle Creek Suite is absolutely magical — we could hear the creek all night. We joined Greta's morning hike on day two and now we're already planning our October trip for Oktoberfest. This place is genuinely special."

"The Cascade King room had us speechless. Anders had restored the pine furniture himself — you can feel the craftsmanship everywhere. The inn is walkable to every shop and restaurant in the village, and the breakfast each morning was legitimately Bavarian. We've stayed at a lot of B&Bs in the PNW and Misty Pine is our new favorite."

"We booked the Cozy Pine Room on a whim driving through from Spokane and it became the highlight of our whole road trip. The room was warm, spotlessly clean, and the forest view from the bay window made me feel like I was in a fairy tale. Greta is the most gracious host I've ever met. We're already eyeing the Christmas Lighting Festival."
